· Managed the human resources, financials, marketing and technology for the #1 producing residential real estate team for Coldwell Banker in Colorado, consisting of 10 licensed Realtors and 5 staff.

· P&L responsibility for the entire business, averaging over 100 transactions and $70 million in sales annually.

· Provided leadership and motivation to the sales team, technical guidance and expert knowledge to staff, and excellent customer service to clients.

1997-2001 Coldwell Banker Lakewood, CO

Managing Broker

· Took over three struggling real estate offices recently acquired by the company, tripled overall agent base, closed one office and returned to profitability the other two within six months.

· Recognized as Most Improved Office – ROI at annual awards 2001

· Nationally featured speaker on real estate technology, automation and database management.

· Habitat for Humanity – helped build homes in Broomfield, CO.

· Children’s Sports - swim team stroke judge, starter; assisted coach with little league baseball and soccer.

· Cub Scouts – six years assisting with meetings, projects, outings and camps.

Interests

Ultra Running – Finished Leadville Trail 100 mile race August 2007.

Mountaineering – Climbed Mt. Rainier, Pico de Orizaba (Mexico), and dozens of Colorado 14ers in all seasons. Graduate of RMI Expedition Seminar 2006.

Member of Colorado Mountain Club and graduate of Basic Mountaineering.

Backcountry Skiing – expert telemark skier and ski mountaineering racer.

Trained in basic avalanche awareness and rescue.
